Neil Cosgrove’s vision for positive leadership within the Union is to have honesty, fairness, transparency, and the willingness to respectfully listen to the membership with understanding; resolving issues that may arise, and representing you with dignity and respect. Listening to the members is critical to understanding what needs to be done, to protect and preserve the rights, wages, and benefits of the hardworking members that drive this Union forward. With your vote, Neil would work hard every day to bring to you those very things as a Business Manager. Neil has over 25 years of experience in the field and the shop. He knows firsthand how difficult this job can be, and how hard you work every day to provide for your families, and yourself. Over the years Neil has grown passionate about being involved in the Union so that you can have good representation when it comes to your quality of life and working conditions. Neil truly believes that our trade has some of the best craftsmen in construction and you should be proud of what you do, and strive to be your best every day knowing you have a strong leader at your back that would listen with an open mind, and someone you can trust to make important decisions on your behalf.
Construction is strong in Oklahoma, and as we look forward to the future of the Union we must stop being complacent, and move forward with excitement, strong leadership, mentorship, technology, and staying true to our mission to be the very best at our trade, not in separation, but TOGETHER as a Union family.
